Lived here for just under a year and a half and it was a great stay. Management and maintenance were very nice and helpful when I needed it. I only ever had 1 issues with the apartment and that was the handle falling off the shower due to a loose screw had it fixed and good to go in no time at all. The apartment complexes were very well kept and neighbors were nice. For the price the area and the people I would highly recommend the greenbriar apartment complex.
I have been living in an apartment at Greenbriar for almost 2 1/2 years. They are very proficient in fixing things when they come arise. Never had a bad issue with them. The management is very respectful as well.
Great place to live. Management has ample experience and it shows. She’s dedicated, caring and makes sure things are taken care of. maintenance is top notch and is always there when a problem arises. Keep up the good work!
